Who are we?
We are entrepreneurs, operators and partners.

Oreka Studio was born from a shared belief that founders and teams deserve more than advice, they deserve true partners.

We created Oreka Studio to fill a gap we kept seeing between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, between creative potential and operational reality. Over the years, we had each walked our own entrepreneurial paths: launching companies, leading teams, advising founders, and navigating complexity across industries.

Our paths crossed while supporting different startups and Oreka became the natural next step: a studio where we could channel our experience, networks, and creative energy into helping meaningful companies grow with clarity, courage, and balance.

Thierry Fahmy

Managing Partner

An engineer from AgroParisTech and PhD in statistics, Thierry launched his first ventures while still a student. After two years as a freelance data mining expert at IBM, he went on to build several companies including the success story of Addinsoft (creator of XLSTAT software), sold in 2022 nearly 30 years after its first lines of code, to private equity fund TA Associates.

In 2025, Thierry published a book on entrepreneurship titled "Get Up, Startup" available for free here.

Manya Rahbari

Managing Partner

Manya brings over 10 years of global experience at the intersection of strategy, operations, innovation, and design. She has led operations, product and business development teams in fast-paced tech startups, driven large-scale transformation projects, and advised startups, corporates, and investment funds across healthcare, pharma, climate, food and financial services. Multilingual and internationally minded, Manya helps ventures move forward with focus, integrity, and long-term perspective.

Gaspard Villa

Machine Learning Engineer

EPFL graduate in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science, with a focus on computer vision and applied statistics. Gaspard worked on cancer detection models in the YuLab at Harvard Medical School and is passionate about turning data into real-world solutions.

Arnaud Favier

Tech Advisor

Entrepreneur, PhD and computer engineer specialized in distributed systems, and graduate of INSEAD. Arnaud has founded three companies in e-commerce, blockchain, and voice-based AI. At Oreka Studio, he advises on all things tech.
